Why We're Called Igloo
An igloo is built one block at a time, by hand, out of what's already there — and when it's finished, it shelters the people inside from everything happening outside.
That's how we think about land. Most of the owners who reach us are standing in the middle of something cold and complicated: an inherited parcel, a plan that never happened, taxes that keep arriving.
Our job is to build the shelter — take on the paperwork, the title questions, the timing — so the decision feels warm and clear instead of overwhelming.
